Lost or Stolen Cards
If your Card is lost or stolen, the award dollars on your Card at time of reported loss will be refunded. Report a loss immediately by calling the toll-free number listed on the back of your card or on the letter you received with your Reward Card. American Express will cancel your Card and issue you a new Card, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
